Working Principle

The use of high-speed projectile beams thrown by the high-efficiency shot blasting machine to break the inner surface of the steel pipe on the oxide skin, rust layer and its debris, so as to obtain a fine bright surface. 

Structural components

Shot blasting machine: is the core component

Conveying system: including conveying roller conveyor, mobile cart, etc.

Shot recycling system: consists of bucket elevator, shot separator, screw conveyor and shot supply pipeline.

Sealing system: in order to prevent the pellets from flying out, the use of multi-layer interchangeable sealing brushes and other sealing devices to achieve a complete sealing of the pellets.

Dedusting system: pulse, vibration or reverse airflow dust removal cartridge filter dust removal technology
